Hidden behind plywood at the Forum Shops at Caesars, the second Las Vegas at Border Grill from chefs Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken promised to be ready by "summer" when announced back in January.
During the pair's appearance at the Vegas Uncork'd Grand Tasting event, Mary Sue Milliken told Eater Vegas how welcoming the Caesars staff had been and they'll keep their promise, with their team working hard for a Sept. 1 opening.
Taking over the former P.J. Clarke's space and keeping the front bar layout of the shuttered saloon, the Border Grill location has lucked into area about to receive a dramatic upgrade.
This entrance of the Forum Shops will receive a remodel of the three-story, 49-foot entrance and lead pedestrians walking the Strip directly into the mall, within eyesight of the Too Hot Tamales latest venture.
