A new espresso bar serving coffee, teas, Thrifty ice cream, Krispy Kreme Donuts and soft jazz on the soundtrack is adding some adventurous entertainment to their menu.

Coffee, Tea, or Me?, situated across the street from the Palace Station casino and close to Landry's Seafood has already been testing the water with an evening live entertainment schedule. The coffee shop has offered free spoken word and poetry events with scheduled guests and encouraging customers to sign up to participate They also created an "Open Mic Comedy" night hosted by a local comedian. More events will be scheduled as the coffee shop gets up to speed.

Coffee, Tea, or Me? was infamously the name of a 1967 alleged bawdy memoir featuring the exploits of two young female flights attendants in the swinging sixties. The bestseller was in actuality the fictional creation of a 37-year-old male publicist.
