Look out, Vegas. The newest chestaurant opens next Thursday at 4 p.m. at The Linq. Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery returns to the city that started the chain by opening its 95th location here.
This sports pub sporting scantily clad Kilt Girls pays homage to the old public houses of America, England, Scotland and Ireland. The 9,000-square-foot restaurant features nearly 30 beers on tap, 40 large plasma TVs and two large projectors.
Look for a menu of fish and chips, "Big Arse" burgers, "Tilted" wings, flatbread pizzas, shepherd's pie and Irish nachos.
The first Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery was opened in the Rio in 2003 by founder Mark DiMartino. For this new location, DiMartino partnered with Anthony and Tamara Laureti, Bill Reynolds and Jason Wood, who are the owners of three Southern California Tilted Kilt locations in downtown San Diego, Westfield Mission Valley Mall and the Promenade at Temecula.
