Rumors Point to a Third Pizza Rock Coming to Vegas

Oh how the new restaurants keep coming to the Station Casinos family. A juicy rumor circulating has Pizza Rock eyeballing a third location in Las Vegas. Look for an announcement soon that the winner of the best pizza in Las Vegas as voted by Eater Vegas readers will bring its pizzas to Palace Station.

The pizza shop from Tony Gemignani already has a location in the Downtown Grand and plans to open at Green Valley Ranch later this year. Gemignani also plans to open Slice House at Green Valley Ranch with slices of New York-, Sicilian- and California-style pizzas as well as calzones, strombolis, paninis, baked ziti, seasonal salads, meatball subs, sausages and peppers.

Also opening soon at Palace Station, Charcoal Room, the steakhouse that's already part of Santa Fe Station.
