Palace Station confirms that Tony Gemignani is coming to the off-Strip resort and that Charcoal Room is opening there and the Oyster Bar will get a makeover.

Little Tony's from Gemignani will feature classic Italian, classic American, Sicilian, New York, traditional Chicago cracker thin with a cornmeal crust and gluten-free options. For those with a scorecard, this would be his fourth restaurant in the Vegas area with Pizza Rock at the Downtown Grand, another coming to Green Valley Ranch and his new Slice House also going in the Henderson resort.

Gemignani plans to serve up his house special Chicago cast-iron pizzas at Little Tony's. Look for the Dillinger with smoked nozzarella, chicken, roasted broccolini, pancetta, crushed red peppers, artichokes, garlic, Alfredo sauce and three cheeses); the Sicilian-style Burratina Di Margherita with Burrata cheese, cherry tomatoes tossed with basil, extra virgin olive oil and balsamic reduction; and the Cal Italia with asiago, mozzarella, imported gorgonzola, sweet fig preserve, prosciutto di Parma, parmigiano-reggiano and balsamic reduction. All of these dishes have won awards for Gemignani.

He also plans to dish out house-made pastas, calzones, Stromboli, antipasti and salads.

The Charcoal Room, opening in June, is already a steadfast steakhouse found at sister property Santa Fe Station. Serving dinner only, look for beef, seafood, appetizers and side dishes. Expect to find Charcoal Room favorites such as oysters on the half shell, lobster chowder, bone-in New York steak, rib eye and porterhouse as well as creamed fresh corn au gratin, tater tots and macaroni and cheese with fresh lobster. Also on tap, 170 wines and 20 wines by the glass.

The in-demand Oyster Bar with its 18 seats will get a new look, based on a fisherman's wharf. All new steam kettles, stainless steel upgrades, granite countertops and a marble-lined back wall are some of the new looks for the bar.
