Nove Italiano Dinner with Luciano Pellegrini; More

PALMS — Nove Italiano plans to feature three culinary experts during a dinner series this summer. Chef de cucina Kieran Toivonen and James Beard winning chef Luciano Pellegrini team up on June 5 at 7 p.m. for a four-course meal consisting of dishes from both Toivonen and Pellegrini, served in alternating fashion around the table. Toivonen will serve grilled quail agrodolce with fregola and escarole, and lamb osso bucco with cauliflower puree served with asparagus and maiitake salad, while Pellegrini will make grilled sardines over stewed cannellini beans and roasted mini beets, as well as veal saltimbocca on corn polenta and pea shoots.
