Wolfgang Puck officially announced his first off-Strip restaurant today. Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill marks his seventh restaurant in Vegas, opening at Downtown Summerlin, the former Shops at Summerlin, on Oct. 9. The restaurant will sit on the eastern side of the shopping center.
Expect to eat lunch and dinner at this "contemporary version on the classic American bar and grill." Seasonally driven salads, sandwiches, grilled meats, seafood, handmade pasta and pizzas from the wood-burning oven all make the menu, along with classic and artisanal cocktails, craft beers and wines.
Also on tap, an extensive children's menu "complete with healthful and enticing options perfect for toddlers to tweens." Puck will also offer a curbside program for to-go orders.
The 200-seat restaurant is being designed by EDG, which also redesigned of Spago at the Forum Shops at Caesars and Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas. Expect inspirations from "the desert beauty and towering red cliffs of Las Vegas' Red Rock Canyon" to find their way into the design of the space, as well as two patios. A private dining room is also part of the game plan.
