Shuttered since February, the famed Sterling Brunch at Bally's Las Vegas returns this Memorial Day weekend for its first outing within the new BLT Steak restaurant. The Las Vegas institution, noted for its limitless pourings of Perrier Jouët Champagne, will be open on Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
The new, built-in buffet space has been created to visually merge with the BLT Steak design, but remains at its familiar 25-year-old location with its much loved roster of indulgent dishes. In addition to choices from the carving station, guests can partake in selections of "caviar, lobster tails, fresh-shucked oysters, Alaskan king crab legs" and the returning mimosas and Bloody Marys. Gluten-free items are now available and "a personally guided tour of all offerings will be given upon request."
A representative on the Caesars Entertainment restaurant reservation line says the brunch goes for $90 or $85 with a Total Rewards card.
The Sterling Brunch was first created in 1981, moving around the property before landing its acclaimed residency inside the Bally's Steakhouse.
