Harrah's Las Vegas is trying to keep up with its boisterous neighbor, The Quad.

Asian restaurant Ming's Table and The Café, their 24-hour self-described "Tuscany-style" restaurant are heading for a total makeover, with an estimated and surprisingly costly $3.5 million construction budget.

Plans label the 11,940-square-foot new concept the Harrah's Food Hall Emporium, suggesting a less than four-star upgrade.

Also receiving a pricey touch-up, the High Limit Lounge and adjacent casino bar, packing $1.5 million worth of changes into 6,765 square feet.

Ming's Table, The Café, the High Limit room and Bar don't merit a single photograph on the resort's Website, Facebook or Twitter feed.
