Ba Le Sandwiches at 4821 Spring Mountain Road was shut down by the Southern Nevada Health District after a routine inspection on May 21.
Inspectors found 48 demerits during the inspection, including food unprotected from potential contamination, improper hand washing, no hot and cold holding equipment and more.
The restaurant was re-inspected May 22 and received an A grade with zero demerits.
This was the first inspection for the restaurant.
The Southern Nevada Health District routinely shuts down restaurants that receive more than 40 demerits. Restaurants have the option of requesting a re-inspection before the next scheduled inspection.
