Eva Longoria's SHe by Morton's Shutters at Crystals

Say so long to Eva Longoria's SHe by Morton's. The steakhouse inside the swanky Shops at Crystals shuttered Saturday night. Daily Fiasco reports that Jonathan Fine, who is behind PBR Rockbar at the Miracle Mile Shops and Rockhouse at the Palazzo, already "made an offer on the spot. If he gets it, he'll open the spot as a new concept different from what's already in his portfolio."

In April, the restaurant was shut down by the Southern Nevada Health District after a re-inspection found 21 demerits.

The steakhouse originally opened as Beso Steakhouse and shuttered to make way for the partnership between Landry's and Longoria. She Nightclub closed after seven weeks in operation in February 2013.

Staff there are apparently being offered positions at other Landry-owned businesses including the Golden Nugget, Claim Jumper, McCormick & Schmick's, Mastro's Ocean Club, Trevi at the Forum Shops at Caesars, Morton's the Steakhouse, Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. at Harmon Corner, Rainforest Cafe, Vice & Anthony's Steakhouse and Chart House.
