Andrew Zimmern's Favorite Restaurants in Las Vegas

Bizarre Foods host Andrew Zimmern puts together his list of eight must-try restaurants in Las Vegas with some insider knowledge of what to order at each of these places. Aside from Jaleo, Lotus of Siam, Raku and Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare, newcomer Yusho makes the list with its "Japanese street food [that] is ambitious, flavorful and addictively comforting." He recommends the grilled chicken wings ("divine, tender"), the steamed buns ("I could eat the buns served with a duck leg that's glazed in a sticky plum barbecue sauce everyday") and the "poser" ramen ("hits all of the right notes").
