GRAND CANAL SHOPPES — Wolfgang Puck's Postrio now serves brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Look for cinnamon pecan rolls with maple glaze and artisanal charcuterie and cheese with charred eggplant and pickled cauliflower. Some of chef Mark Andelbradt's favorites include crisp corned beef hash with hen egg and toasted sourdough; a breakfast sandwich with prosciutto, roasted tomato and arugula; and classic eggs Benedict with choice of lobster, smoked salmon or spinach mushroom. Lunchtime fare such as spicy big eye tuna tartare, English pea agnolotti, a Maine lobster club and grilled flat iron steak frites with shoestring potato and red wine-shallot butter also make the menu. Guests can receive one free sparkling wine, Bellini or mimosa cocktail or order the Raspberry Lemon Drop, Pineapple Ginger Mojito, Pearfect Martini or red or white wine sangria.
