Christopher Palmeri at Naked City Pizza Shop throws a Mind of the Chef dinner next Wednesday at 7 p.m. with courses inspired by David Chang. The seven-course tasting menu is limited to 36 guests, and at last check, only 12 seats remain.
The menu includes passed bites including blood sausage, Polish sausage, sweet sausage, a lamb pop and arancini. Drinks include a limoncello cooler, Champagne and sangria. Dishes include smoke inspirations such as rabbit stuffed potato cake with tomato cream, a "rotten" dish of huitlacoche, a noodle dish of crab scampi stuffed rigatoni, a pig dish with piggy Wellington and more.
