Ed Word of Bad Apple Tattoo and Kyle Montoya of Stay True Tattoo will setup shop at Hogs & Heifers to honor the father of old school tattooing by tattooing a number of lucky patrons. Guests will be able to win complimentary tattoos by entering a drawing on site where winners will be announced each hour.
