A year after much loved Los Angeles franchise Jinya Ramen was first revealed as coming to Las Vegas, the restaurant has announced a July 12 debut date and a unique attribute to their Chinatown restaurant.

Renderings indicate the 1,600-square-foot space will be externally much different than the former occupant, the Greek American Grille, but Jinya will be keeping one architectural section intact. This will be the first ramen joint in the city to offer drive-thru service, to cater to rushed visitors passing through the intersection of Flamingo Road and Decatur Boulevard.

While the menu has not been finalized for Las Vegas, their Facebook page hints at chicken karaage, pork buns and Brussels sprouts tempura among the dishes to pair with their famed ramen bowls.

Former Los Angeles Weekly food critic Jonathan Gold called this one of the 99 Essential Restaurants in 2010 and one of the best 10 dishes of 2010.

Jinya Ramen operates in California, Texas, New York, Seattle and Vancouver.
