When you open a restaurant in Downtown Vegas, you have to be known for your cocktails. Kerry Simon's Carson Kitchen doesn't disappoint. The cocktail menu here focuses on the more masculine side of libations, which use organic spirits and craft distilleries.
Some of the cocktails making the list include the Old Wooden Shed, made with No. 209 Gin, XTA Liqueur, lemon and angostura bitters; and the Brewers Fix, made with Hophead Vodka, apricot preserves, lemon, simple syrup and prosecco.
Over on the beer and wine list, find small-batch American craft beers, such as Left Coast VooDoo Stout, and wines from boutique vineyards including The Velvet Devil Merlot from Washington.
Here, the cocktail menu at Carson Kitchen.
