Andrea's Extends Cheers & Chopsticks; Andre's Cognacs

ENCORE LAS VEGAS — Andrea's Cheers & Chopsticks special menu for locals is now a nightly happy hour menu available to everyone from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in Andrea's lounge or VDKA bar next door. The menu includes table shares such as Scottish salmon tartare, hamachi, five spice squid, miso black cod bites and crispy Brussels sprouts. Sautéed Gulf shrimp, spicy wok-fried chicken and Wagyu beef slider and classic sushi rolls such as spicy tuna, spicy yellowtail and salmon are also part of the menu.
