M RESORT — Jayde Fuzion now has all-you-can-eat sushi Sunday through Thursday from 5 to 10 p.m. at the sushi bar. Guests will land unlimited sushi, nigiri and hand rolls, along with complimentary sake, for $24.95 per person. Included on the unlimited menu: the Lady Luck Roll with tuna, hamachi, salmon, vegetables, rice and nori; the M Girl Roll with shrimp tempura, cream cheese, cucumbers, jalapeño, rice, topped with spicy tuna, crunch and yum yum sauce; and the Jayde Roll with spicy crab, asparagus, rice and nori, topped with seared tuna, crunch and creamy ponzu. Nigiri selections, based on availability, include: ikura (salmon eggs), unagi (fresh water eel), bluefin tuna, hamachi (yellowtail), maguro (big eye tuna), sake (salmon), albacore (white tuna), uni (sea urchin), hirame (fluke) and ebi (shrimp). LAS VEGAS — Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant taps its SommerBrau, a quintessential Kölsch, made with authentic yeast imported from Cologne, and a special pairing menu, starting tonight. Through July 13, guests can pair SommerBrau with the new limited time menu that includes a coconut shrimp starter (shrimp dipped in tempura batter, rolled in coconut and served with fresh grilled pineapple salsa) and the following steak entrées such as a tenderloin salad, tenderloin filet and coconut shrimp and a New York strip and coconut shrimp.
