A little slice of Chicago opened today when The Wiener's Circle, the hot dog stand, swung open the doors on its first of three Vegas operations coming this summer. Head over to the sports book at Red Rock Resort to dine on Chicago-char cheddar dogs, one pound of French fries and milkshakes. The only-in Las Vegas menu includes breakfast all day with bacon, two eggs over easy and American cheese sandwiched in a fried donut, wieners in the blanket in batches or 10 or 20 piggies, a veggie burger and the Adult Happy Meal with a signature Chicago Char Cheddar dog, fries and a Pabst Blue Ribbon (when they get their liquor license).

While the Chicago version gained notoriety for its salty language dished out by the staff, the versions in Vegas will keep the four-letter words to a minimum with staff even getting lessons on how to deal with potentially verbally abusive customers. The Wiener's Circle will also serve the ever popular Krispy Kreme donuts.

The hot dogs here are Vienna Beef franks, with 95 percent of the menu including buns, ketchup and more from the Chicago-based company. The Red Rock outlet even brought in the same char broiler used in Chicago.

Two locations are coming to Santa Fe Station later this summer.
