Daniel Boulud's DB Brasserie at the Venetian is now serving up lunch every day starting at 11 a.m. And with it comes what Boulud calls the "best bargain in town." His prix fixe menu includes two courses for $24 or three courses for $29. Not bad.

Start with artichoke velouté, a mesclun salad, salmon rillettes or housemade pork pate, and then choose from lamb orecchiette, loup de mer or coq au vin. Still have room? Try the black and white fondant or the cheese plate for dessert.

Boulud points out that that the salads and sandwiches are only served at lunch and through the afternoon. He's been ordering the Caesar and Rosalie salad, one he describes as Caesar left Rome and had an affair with Rosalie, who added pesto to her version of the salad.
