New XS Cocktails; Grimaldi's Tuesday Tastings; More

ENCORE LAS VEGAS — XS Nightclub has three new cocktails for its Sunday Night Swim — Cocolicious, Banana Bean and Georgia Peach Ice Tea. Cocolicious is a blend of coconut vodka, Hennessy Black and rock candy that's topped with a splash of coconut water and shredded coconut. The Banana Bean mixes vanilla bean vodka, half and half, rock candy and a fresh banana before being blended into a cool drink. Combining Georgia peach vodka, skinny tea vodka, peach schnapps and fresh lemonade, the Georgia Peach Ice Tea is complete with a splash of soda water and garnished with lemon to make a refreshing beverage with a Southern twist. THE STRIP — Emeril Lagasse's restaurants are joining the global culinary community in the fight against AIDS through chef Mario Batali and master meat purveyor Pat LaFrieda's "Eat (RED). Drink (RED). Save Lives." campaign.
