Charlie Palmer's massive expansion in New York City continues as he adds Charlie Palmer Steak in the former Rothmann's Steakhouse. He has Crimson & Rye opening next week along with Upper Story taking over his event space Astra and a trio of restaurants headed to the Knickerbocker Hotel. One of the nicest chefs in the business has Charlie Palmer Steak at the Four Seasons and Aureole at Mandalay Bay. [Eater NY]
