We've enlisted comedians, some based here and others who spend their time on the road and come through Vegas, to share their recommendations on great places to dine in Sin City for a feature dubbed Comedian Confidential.

You might think of Wendy Williams as the daytime talk show host of The Wendy Williams Show. Tonight she shows another side of her personality when she kicks off Lipshtick — The Perfect Shade of Standup, a new lineup of female comedians taking over the Sands Showroom at the Venetian on the weekends. Yes, Williams is taking a stab at comedy. She also hosts the World's Largest Bachelorette Party at Tao Beach, Lavo Italian Restaurant and Tao Nightclub over the weekend. Here, she talks about her first trip to Vegas, eating at buffets, how she feels about fan talking to her while she's eating and more.
How often do you get to Las Vegas?
Not often enough. The last time I was in Vegas was not this past February but the February before and it was just a quick lovers holiday. My husband and I just picked up and went out there. I forgot which hotel we stayed at but we spent a lot of money across the street at the mall. We left our son home and it was absolutely fun. I don't gamble so Vegas has a different attraction for me.
Do you remember your first trip to Vegas?
Yes! The first time I was ever in Vegas was for some sort of alcohol convention and I was a spokesperson for champagne. George Vesselle champagne and the Vesselle family came over from the Champagne region of France and had me come out. So the three of us; me, my husband and son went. That was at Paris Las Vegas and I think it was in 2006.
Do you have any favorite restaurants you like to visit here?
No, I'm a foodie so you know I'm not particular. The food in Vegas, I have to say is good and it's probably one of the only places where I buffet. I haven't' "buffeted" in years and I just remember the last time when me and my husband were there like two years ago we went to a fantastic buffet in our hotel downstairs for breakfast before getting on the airplane. It was great!
Do people approach you while you're dining out?
Yes, I hate it, only because I am a foodie. I love my Wendy watchers but I don't like people talking over my food. The weird thing about people approaching you is they want to shake your hand. I'm not going to say I am a germaphobe but I do have a little problem shaking hands while I'm eating because now I have to rewash my hands again. So yes, people do approach me, I just like to wave from afar and keep it moving.
What about nightlife? Do you ever go out after a show to unwind?
Well no, I don't go out after the show to unwind because our show ends at 11 in the morning here in New York but I love nightlife. Oh my god! I have never outgrown my love of the nightclub, I'm the old lady at the club, whatever you want to call it. I like to have my drinks, I like the music, I want to hear Drake, I want to hear Rihanna and I want to hear Young Jeezy. I want to turn it up, so yes; I love unwinding at the club!
What was the first thing that shocked you in Las Vegas?
People smoking everywhere! I'm not judging. I'm an ex-smoker myself but it's weird to see people smoking inside. You always expect that people are going to go on the balcony because there is such a stigma, it's just weird to see people smoking indoors.
What can we expect at your show?
Wendy 2.0, Wendy the remix, Wendy with a twist. Everything you don't see me do on my actual talk show. I'm not wearing a sensible skirt and a blouse. I will be cursing and cursing often and punctuating things with a curse. You can expect jokes about everything. Everything from sex to being married, penis jokes, I will give you the full story of my boobs, but I won't be saying "boobs" because that's a TV word. You can expect Wendy raw! Raw and uncensored, for one night only!
