Alibi Lounge To Bring Endless Excuses to Aria

As Eater Vegas first forewarned, the former City Bar space at Aria is being completely transformed in the 2,360-square-foot Alibi Cocktail Lounge from the Light Group.

The impressive estimated $2,667,849 makeover will create a 24-hour rendezvous spot, cited as "the perfect convergence of premium spirits, imaginative ingredients & highly stylized opulence."

The cocktails will be hand-crafted and the design is described as "channeling classic elegance paired with modern luxury." Part of the pricey design will include "decadent Norwegian granite and polished nickel & brass accents." This will be matched with "warm tones and rich fabrics...with rich leather wrapped wood furnishings."

No word how this will affect the similar in concept Deuce Lounge, also from the Light Group, located just across the Aria casino floor.

A fall debut for Alibi is promised.
