Michael Mina throws a special wine dinner at his eponymous restaurant at the Bellagio on Wednesday, Aug. 20., with Quintessa and Flowers wines.
Mina cooks up a six-course dinner with Bellagio director of wine and master sommelier Jason Smith hosting with master sommelier and Huneeus Estate director Larry Stone presenting a selection of wine from the collection of Agustin Huneeus.
Tickets are $195 per person for the 7 p.m. dinner at 1-866-906-7171.
