Mercadito's New Lunch; Ray Nisi Memorial

RED ROCK RESORT — Mercadito is now open for lunch. Look for tacos, guacamoles and ceviches, as well as a variety of small plates and salads as well as a full beverage menu. New to the menu, the Mercadito torta, a Mexican-style pressed sandwich made with avocado, Napa cabbage, tomato, black bean puree and Oaxaca cheese with a choice of camaron (shrimp), carne (marinated skirt steak), pollo (chicken al carbon), estilo Baja (beer-battered mahi mahi) and hongos (wild mushrooms). All tortas are $12.50 and are served with french fries.
