Braddah's Island Style Set to Rebel at UNLV

Braddah's Island Style may channel the laid back Aloha spirit, but the locally based chain is expanding at an impressively aggressive pace. The third outpost to be created in just one year will pop up at the University Gardens Shopping Center, across from the Rebel Bookstore.

The 2,400-square-foot location will serve up their popular burritos, bowls and tacos menu of "Mexican Food with an Island Flavor" and include their signature, less commonly found dishes like "Kalua Pig, Pulehu Steak and Huli Huli Chicken."

The first Braddah's opened on the west side a year ago, followed by a Centennial Hills version three months later. The new location is said to be coming soon and further expansion plans have penciled in a Henderson site.
