INDIANAPOLIS — Roger Gross, the former bartender at Vesper Bar at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, heads to Indianapolis to take over the cocktail program at Thunderbird. HARD ROCK HOTEL — Culinary Dropout now has a Girl's Night Out dinner package that pairs appetizers, entrées and desserts with a night of dancing at Body English Nightclub. Served family style, the four course experience starts with appetizers including burrata, soft pretzels and provolone fondue and house potato chips served with onion dip followed by a choice of Caesar or house salad. Sweet potato cannelloni, roasted salmon and Korean-style chicken breast with a variety of side items are served for the entrees. Desserts include a chef's platter of desserts.
