Daniel Boulud debuts two new menus to sink your teeth into at DB Brasserie at the Venetian. First, a happy hour now takes diners on a spin through the some of the appetizers on his menu. From 3 to 6 p.m. daily land $4 draft beers, $7 for three cocktails and two different tiers of wines for $5 or $7. Ten different dishes make the cut, including oysters, a tarte flambée, calamari and lobster tempura. All dishes ring in under $10.
Also, a new three-course $48 prix fixe menu debuted for dinner. Add $28 for a wine pairing or $48 for a sommelier reserve offering.
