High Roller Pizza to Debut With High Stakes Eating

When the name says High Roller Pizza, it helps if you can back up the hype.

Part-time poker player Tracy Doss and his family will unite his two passions of pizza and No-Limit Hold 'em tournaments when "Vegas style" pies with "cracker thin crust" start serving at High Roller later this year.

Located in a commercial center about a mile south of the strip, the emphasis will be on "natural organic free range pizza." Explains Doss, "it may not be a gold bracelet, but it's something I've wanted to do for a very long time."

A grand opening on Sept. 4 at 11 a.m. has been promised.

During the recent WSOP National Championship at Bally's Atlantic City, Doss placed a notable fifth, earning an $86,000 purse.
