Downtown Grand is revamping its dining options and adding some new deals to the mix. First up, Stewart + Ogden expanded its menu with some of the Northern Chinese dishes Red Mansion now appearing there. Hand-pulled noodles, dim sum, spicy mini-wontons with garlic sauce, crispy beef with carrots, Sichuan fish in spicy garlic sauce and Ma Po tofu with minced beef or pork all appear on the lunch and dinner menus.
The restaurant also serves breakfast all day.
New lunch and dinner offerings include "Hangover" oxtail soup, a jalapeño burger and a crispy fish sandwich are just some of the new items on the menu there.
The former Red Mansion restaurant space is now a private dining and meeting room.

The Commissary Latin Kitchen by Richard Sandoval expands its 99 cent taco promotion on Tuesdays to include brisket, chicken or bean and cheese tacos. The restaurant also has a burger, fries and a fountain soda for $9.99. That restaurant is open Sundays through Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Expanded fall hours will be announced in August.

And now Art Bar has new cocktails and an expanded food menu from 2 to 10 p.m. Everything is half off from 5 to 7 p.m.
New cocktails include The Purist, which contains Kanon vodka, Plymouth gin, St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur and lemon peel; The Abstract, which blends Ciroc Red Berry, fresh lime juice, rock candy, club soda, muddled raspberries and mint; The Spicy Kahlo with Don Julio Silver, Cointreau, rocky candy syrup, fresh lime juice and muddled cucumber and jalapeno; and The Blank Canvas, a mix of Stoli Chocolate Coconut, Godiva White Chocolate, Calahua Cream of Coconut Nectar and a chocolate-coconut-flake garnish.
New dishes served at Art Bar include charcuterie, cheese four ways, spinach artichoke dip, spicy chicken sliders, friend calamari and more. Dishes at Art Bar are regularly priced from $7 to $12; cocktails at $9 to $10.
