Lola's — A Louisiana Kitchen will finally open its second location in Summerlin in August. The new 5,305-square-foot restaurant will have room for 88 seats, a courtyard, bar, private dining room and a liquor license. Expect it to be open seven days a week. Owner Lola Pokorny purchased the former Ruby Tuesdays for $1.5 million and planned to open in April. [LVRJ]
