Delmonico's Secret Burger; Postrio's Bloody Mary Bar

VENETIAN — Delmonico Steakhouse now has a super secret new menu item you can only get if you're in know. Meet the foie gras burger with black truffle mayo, pickled red onions, heirloom tomatoes, Bibb lettuce and buttermilk onion rings. Only 10 a day are available, and once they're gone, they're gone. GRAND CANAL SHOPPES — Wolfgang Puck's Postrio now has a build-your-own bloody Mary bar included at the weekend brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. Guests can pick vodka, gin or tequila. Traditional bloody Mary mix is always served, along with seasonal choices such as a sweet strawberry balsamic and a savory roasted tomatillo. Top off the cocktail with toppings including celery, candied bacon, stuffed olives, popcorn shrimp, pickled Brussels sprouts and pickled okra. Bottomless bloody Marys go for $19 per person. [EaterWire]
