Head out on a beer tour about the world with the new Tour de Bière beer program at Comme Ça at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Thirteen hard-to-find European craft beers make this list curated by general manager Anthony Esparza.
Find beers from France, Switzerland, Belgian, Germany, Spain and Denmark on the list. In some cases, Comme Ça is one of the only restaurants west of the Mississippi carrying this rare of a selection, and one of very few in the U.S. Some highlights include all of Thierry Roshe's beers from Brasserie La Goutte d'Or. The majority of Thierry's beers are influenced by the cuisine of the, "Old Arab Quartier" of Paris. They're produced in very small batches making them extremely hard to find here in the states.
L'Abbaye de Saint Bon Chien 2011 of Brasserie Des Franches Montagnes (BFM) was named in memory of the Swiss brewery's late cat. This beer walks the fence between port, wine and beer with only 1,000 bottles distributed to the U.S.
Procrastinator Eisbock of Brasserie Des Franches Montagnes (BFM) is an exclusive, one-time-only brew created from mistakenly frozen barrels of La Mandragore that resulted in an increase in the beer's body, flavor and alcohol content.
Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchier Oak-Smoke Doppelbock of Brauerei Heller-Trum/Aecht Schlenkerla is a traditional German smoke beer made from century-old recipes. The malt is kilned with oak wood to create a complex, multi-layered smoky note unique to the region.
