Michael Monge Debuts at Eastside Lounge; More

ENCORE LAS VEGAS — Classic vocalist Michael Monge makes his Las Vegas debut inside Eastside Lounge with covers of hits from Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Sammy Davis Jr. and Dean Martin. Along with a three-piece band, Monge takes a classic approach on contemporary songs of today from John Legend, John Mayer and more. The lounge also debuts new classically inspired cocktails with traditional martinis and classic Manhattans highlighting the diverse gin and whisky collections along with flavored Vermouths. Mondays feature barbecue-glazed half rack of ribs; Tuesdays have a Cajun grilled shrimp skewer platter; on Wednesdays find liver with bacon and caramelized onions; Thursday offer up a smoked tri-tip dinner; Fridays feature lemon trout almandine; Saturdays feature stuffed pork chop dinner; and on Sundays order up chicken cordon bleu.
