Festival Buffet Goes Hawaiian; Mind of a Chef Take Two

FIESTA RANCHO — Festival Buffet now has Hawaiian Nights every Tuesday with Polynesian and Filipino dishes. Some of the options include a whole roasted crispy pig, Kalua pig, Hawaiian macaroni salad, chicken long rice, haupia and more. New to Hawaiian nights are lomi-lomi salmon, huli huli chicken, Spam and pineapple fried rice and tuna poke.
