Festival Buffet Goes Hawaiian; Mind of a Chef Take Two

FIESTA RANCHOFestival Buffet now has Hawaiian Nights every Tuesday with Polynesian and Filipino dishes. Some of the options include a whole roasted crispy pig, Kalua pig, Hawaiian macaroni salad, chicken long rice, haupia and more. New to Hawaiian nights are lomi-lomi salmon, huli huli chicken, Spam and pineapple fried rice and tuna poke. The buffet has also added Polynesian and Filipino dishes to its menu, including chicken adobo, kalbi short ribs and malasadas. Find these dishes from 4 to 9 p.m. [EaterWire]
