A lobster delivery truck nearly ended the reign of the Golden Steer's 56-year-old sign. The truck hit the pole that holds the steer, actually a cow, standing outside the restaurant and knocked it off its steadfast perch. It may take some time to get the statue back in place; the restaurant has to get approval from the city to return it to its perch. [VV]
