Carmine's Celebrates One Year; MTO Pop-Up Dinner

FORUM SHOPS AT CAESARS — Carmine's celebrates its first anniversary with the Rock N' Roll Wine Lounge taking over the restaurant tonight from 6 to 8 p.m. with an open wine bar. DOWNTOWN — MTO Cafe throws its July pop up dinner on July 27 at 5:30 p.m. with hors d'oeuvres and a five-course tasting menu from Johnny Church and Eduardo "Lalo" Saavedra. Courses will be paired with beers from Tenaya Creek Brewery, where the chefs initially met. The chefs have created a menu for the dinner using local grown/raised items, many from Boulder City, Pahrump and the Downtown 3rd Farmer's Market. Dessert will be provided by STK's Aaron Bayliff.
