Want to get into the most exclusive restaurant in Las Vegas? Now's your chance. And no, we're not talking about the 12-seat, three-course, three-seating, lunch-spot-for-now Japanese Cuisine by Omae. No, this is Paiza Club, the very luxurious high-rollers-only restaurant on the 36th floor of the Venetian.
On July 23, the resort throws a Glenlivet single malt dinner with master of scotch Rick Edwards that starts with a cocktail reception and follows with dinner in the luxe Paiza Club. The four-course tasting menu created by Venetian and Palazzo executive chef Olivier Dubreuil is paired with Glenlivet's single malts. This intimate dinner, sponsored by Pernod Ricard, is priced at $150 per person. Here's a look at the menu.
