Made LV Has an Opening Date for Its Lunches and Dinners

Buckle up for Made LV, the new restaurant coming from Elizabeth Blau and Kim Canteenwalla of Honey Salt fame on Aug. 18 in the former Hops & Harvest in Tivoli Village. This, one of the biggest anticipated openings of the summer, plans to be a lunch and dinner modern American tavern with comfort food with a healthy touch.

Chef Daniel Boling, formerly of The Lodge at Torrey Pines in San Diego, plans to helm the kitchen that will serve small plates, sandwiches, jars and main entrees.

Look for butcher's style chicken wings, a lentil and chickpea hummus, a Tivoli market salad, pulled barbecue pork and smoked Kansas City-style and barbecue ribs on the menu.

A rotating menu of craft beers covering local, regional and international bottles and cans makes the list along with seasonal specialty cocktails on tap. Patio seating, retro arcade games and more also make the cut.

The 216 seat restaurant will be open seven days a week for dinner from 5 to 11 p.m. and Wednesday through Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. for lunch.
