ENCORE LAS VEGAS — Society Café now has a barbecue menu that pair the summertime dishes from executive chef Jeremy Pacheco with 16 ounces of the custom made Society ale. Also on the menu, a three-course prix fixe menu. Appetizers include watermelon salad with arugula, mint, basil, feta cheese and balsamic vinaigrette; beer-braised mussels with fennel and smoked tomato broth served with grilled rustic bread; or smoked pork belly and polenta fries topped with goat cheese curds and barbecue gravy. For the entrées, guests choose from Society barbecue board that includes baby back pork ribs, andouille sausage and beef brisket; barbecue brick grilled free-range chicken; or cedar plank grilled Scottish salmon. All are served with grilled corn, corn muffin and Society barbecue sauce. In addition, guests can order two sides including creamy cole slaw, grilled fingerling potatoes, barbecue baked beans or tomato-cucumber salad.
