Book it. The Pub at Monte Carlo just published the remainder of its 2014 Gus' Beer & Bites dinner series, pairing pub-style food with brews. Executive chef Damis Irizzary and a representative from a featured brewery guide guests through a five-course menu with beer pairings.

The dinner begins with a reception on the second level of The Pub's dining room with hors d'oeuvres and the evening's first beer selection are served. Irizarry talks about each dish and the pairing while a brewery representative shares stories and flavor notes about each craft beer selection. Guests are invited to write down interesting facts throughout their dining experience and ask questions as The Pub's staff members and brewery representatives visit each table.

Each of the dinner events are held one Wednesday per month at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are priced at $64.05 per person all-inclusive and can be purchased at 702-730-7010 or The Pub at 702-730-7421.
