More Details on Due & Proper and Whist Stove & Spirits

About two months ago, Eater Vegas spilled the beans very early about Whist Stove & Spirits and Due & Proper taking over Al's Garage and the Presidio at The District at Green Valley Ranch, and now more details about the two are here.

Ryan Doherty and Justin Weniger of Commonwealth, Park on Fremont and BLVD. Cocktail Co. at The Linq are behind the two, with Due & Proper taking on the role of the classic pub and Whist being a neighborhood restaurant.

Whist will be a 3,000-square-foot restaurant and bar with mismatched wooden furniture, crystal chandeliers, tarnished arches, Low Brow art and a canopy of overlapping copper. The patio plans to mimic a rose garden. Expect a menu of sharable dishes and cocktails, boutique wines and craft beer. This spot plans to be open 24 hours with breakfast, lunch, dinner, late-night dining and a weekend brunch.

Due & Proper at 2,500 square feet will feature red double doors leading to a patio of wrought-iron furniture. Here expect a menu of pub fare, including British bangers and mash, Irish fish and chips, and American hot pretzels, burgers and more. Craft, domestic and imported beers will highlight the drinks menu.

Both spots plan to offer gaming and a rewards program through District Tavern Group. Each will debut in early fall.
