Hank's Gets Italian Dishes; Due Forni Goes Peachy

GREEN VALLEY RANCH — Hank's Fine Steaks and Grand Café now have Italian dishes. At Hank's, find baked clams oreganata, veal Marsala, veal chop Milanese and bistecca Fiorentina. SUMMERLIN — Due Forni is running a rotating special this summer with freestone peaches from Black Bear Orchards in Colorado, which are hand picked, hand packed and on the plate within 48 hours of being picked. Owner Alex Taylor says it is the best peach he has ever eaten, and they are serving it simply with san daniele prosciutto and vincotto.
