Jacques Café to Bring Casual French Dining to Summerlin

Jacques Café, a new fast casual concept, will bring healthy dining to Summerlin with a French and Pacific Rim twist. Located in the Trails Village retail center that also hosts Sultan's Grill, the emphasis is on healthy and organic food creations.

Vegan dishes will join gluten-free choices, and "freshly ground hormone-free and grass fed beef" will be used for the hamburgers in a menu that expands to offer desserts.

The no-fuss theme will let guests order at the counter and designer Nutone Construction describe the casual look as natural and earthy, with tiled walls and natural wood doors. Jacques Café already has plans to expand beyond their Summerlin base.
