The newest entrant on the healthy food front opens today at The District at Green Valley Ranch. Meet LYFE Kitchen, the restaurant with the motto "Love Your Food Every day." Look for good-for-you food that includes separate menus for vegetarians and vegans, a gluten-free diet and of course omnivores. Jeremy Bringardner, the LYFE Kitchen executive chef and recent winner of Food Network's Chopped, created menu that uses locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
