Ruth's Chris Five-Course, Handcrafted Cocktail Event

HARRAH'S LAS VEGAS — Ruth's Chris Steak House will be hosting a one-off, five-course "Handcrafted Cocktail" pairing dinner on August 21 at 8 p.m. at their last remaining Las Vegas location, on the second floor of Harrah's Las Vegas. Keeping the spirit of the chain's New Orleans origins, the prix fixe menu includes dishes like maple-Bourbon-glazed jumbo shrimp, slow-roasted pork and naturally a serving of filet mignon. Cocktail pairings for each course will be created with ingredients like Bulleit Bourbon, Cointreau, Domain de Canton Ginger Liqueur and build to a finale of chilled vanilla Irish coffee.
