Superstar chef Bobby Flay will be celebrating the 10-year anniversary of his Mesa Grill at Caesars Palace during Restaurant Week and will be marking the event with a special private dinner, prix fixe lunch and dinner menus and giving back to a worthy cause.
On August 21 from 6 to 8 p.m., the Mesa Grill private dining room will serve rounds of Bobby Flay's "signature bites" and specialty cocktails to a limited number of guests. Proceeds from the event will be donated to Three Square, the local food bank. Tickets are $75 and reservations can be made via a call to 702-731-7778 or emailing LVcitywiderestaurantgroupsales@caesars.com. The private dining room can only seat a maximum of 40 diners.
For the always popular lunch and dinner prix fixe menus created for Restaurant Week, this year's Mesa Grill three-course dinner menu includes "grilled chicken with hot red pepper garlic sauce and fresh corn tamale with jalapeño pesto butter, Florida black grouper with sweet corn and blue succotash and grilled center cut pork chop with a roasted garlic and habanero sauce." Lunch is priced at $30.14 and dinner at $50.14.
Flay's team is a past recipient of Fall Restaurant Week's top Gold Plate Donor award for raising the most funds in their category during Three Square's annual fundraiser.
