Celebrate 20 Years of Nobu with an Omakase Menu

Nobu celebrates 20 years since the opening of the first in New York City with an omakase menu made up of Nobu classics. The five courses of four bites each goes for $120 per person on Sept. 17 at Nobu at both the Hard Rock Hotel and Caesars Palace.

The menu includes crispy rice with spicy tuna, ceviche taquito and spicy edamame; grilled shishito with umami sake soy; toro tartar with hamachi jalapeno, tiradito and tai dry miso; sashimi salad with soft shell cab roll, nigiri and battera zushi; black cod butter lettuce with King crab ama-ponzu and Wagyu balsamic teriyaki; lobster with pasta; and a mini bento of banana harumaki, Fiji shaved ice and cappuccino.
